Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is the recognized leader in the planning, design, marketing, and sale of luxury residential developments in the US, created by the merger of the Corcoran New Development Group and The Sunshine Group, two firms that have profoundly redefined the New York development landscape since the mid 1980s.
The visual language is a modern application of classic cues, with an emphasis on the most coveted of New York City luxuries—space. Generous white space, or space activated with structural typographic gestures, rich materiality, in a palette of greys. Designed to stand apart from but complement their prestigious developments.
The new brand launch also included art directing the photography for their most successful and iconic properties for display throughout their New York headquarters.
